Location: Orlando / Tampa Area

Base Salary – $90,000 – $120,000

Target Add’l Comp – $36,000 – $48,000

A Regional Director of Operations is responsible for leading a group of 8-10 Community Managers to achieve Net Operating Cash Flow objectives. You will spend the majority of your time at the front lines of the business, on-site at our apartment communities, walking product and evaluating performance.

Major focus on rent growth and delivering extraordinary customer service
Your portfolio will consist of 2,000 – 3,500 apartment homes (8-10 assets)
You must gain trust and motivate employees while objectively holding them accountable for excellence
You will be expected to deliver rigorous and candid feedback to your team members on a regular basis

Computer: Highly proficient with MS Office Suite, including ability to perform Internet based research

ADDITIONAL FUNCTION: Position

(iii) a thorough knowledge of multifamily real
estate; and
(iv) oral and written presentations to internal and
external parties.

MAJOR DUTIES: (i) Monitor
portfolio of assets financed with tax-exempt financing, agency debt,
traditional financing, and low income housing and/or historic tax
credits; (ii) report on asset performance through risk rating and watch
list reports; (iii) proactively identify asset and market issues; (iv)
teach junior members of asset management group.

BASIC REQUIRMENTS:
Candidate must have strong analytical, negotiation, communication skills (both verbal and written), financial and computer skills. Candidates should have excellent time management and organizational skills.

Candidate must have at least five (5) years experience working with LIHTC assets. Other experience such as managing multifamily real estate portfolios, real estate development, loan originations, underwriting and real estate valuation is a plus. A four (4) year college degree is required, preferably in the field of business or real estate.

Requirements:
