Senior Property Manager
Salary: 100k-120k per year
Bonuses, FT Benefits, Stability,etc.
Location: NYC
Must be willing to travel within 5 boroughs and be on call 24/7.
Job Summary:
Manage all aspects of the Coop / Condo / Rental Operations for a property management company including leadership to the Coop / Condo / Rental Operations team.
Functions of the Job:
1. Supervise five property managers, and three support staff.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 5-10 years experience in Coop and Condo Management in a senior role.
• Extensive experience working with unions and board of directors.
• Supervising experience of a team.
