Investment Analyst
Base Salary: (DOE) Mid-Level

Location: Denver, CO
Job Summary:
Our client, a real estate investment firm, is seeking a mid-level Investment Analyst to join its Denver team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Building ground-up 10 year pro forma models for both equity and debt acquisitions, dispositions and loan financing that contemplate an array of capitalization and scenarios across all asset classes. Models will incorporate multi-tier promote structures, several equity classes, and detailed operating cash flow.
• Preparation of monthly/annual operating statements and budgets including, variance analysis and forecasts for management review.
• Daily interface daily with external partners/operators, contractors, senior lenders, property managers, leasing brokers, vendors and other consultants. Extensive investment involvement.
• Prepare and deliver concise presentations to senior management/investment committee including recommendations to preserve, enhance and maximize value.
• Prepare comparable valuation and market analysis.
• Negotiation of leasing, property management and financing documentation for real estate assets.
• Review and process capital expenditure and construction draw requests.
• Financial modeling and valuation analysis.
• Prepare financing, leasing, sale and acquisition proposals for various third parties.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Masters Degree in Real Estate or another related field a plus.
Minimum of 7 years real estate asset management experience required.
2-5 years of investment analysis and valuation experience required.
Value add and market repositioning experience required.
Travel is required.
