The Software Architect will be leading the effort to architect, build and deploy the next generation of windows/web applications. Candidates should have experience with the design and implementation of large scale n-tier applications with the Microsoft Technology stack.

Qualifications:

• Masters in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of C# development experience
• 5+ years experience with MS-SQL 2000/2005/2008.
• 2+ years experience as a Technical Manager or Team Lead
• Experience with the development and maintenance of complex retail systems

Requirements:
Critical Skills:

• Experience with Full Life Cycle Software Development (Design, Coding, Testing and Implementation)
• Leading and mentoring developers
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with upper management
• Experience with .Net 3.5 framework (primarily WCF & Entity Framework)
• Experience Developing Web Services (REST & SOAP RPC)
• Expert level knowledge of C# (LINQ, expression trees, and constraints)
• Database Design and Object Relational Mapping Design and Implementation
• Object Oriented Analysis/Design/Development
• Ability to interpret and create design patterns in UML
• Ability to Multi-task
• Strong communication skills
• Strong experience with technical documentation
