Base Salary Range: 80k-125k

Job Summary:
Our client, an online marketing company, is looking for an experienced Director of Sales.
Job Description:
•Develop and cultivate leads for the sales pipeline.
•Persuasively articulate offerings, competitive advantages, resources and processes to clients and prospects via in-person sales meetings.
•Established network of clients and agency relationships in vertical category mandatory.
•Maintain effective, revenue-generating relationships with client-direct, media agency and creative agencies within territory.
•Assist in implementation and insure high levels of service to clients.
•Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan.
•Listen to, identify and understand clients.
•Display a thorough understanding of assigned client needs' and revenue potential.
•Provide ongoing reporting and analysis.
•Assist Sales Management in defining and identifying sale targets and opportunities for expansion in new markets.
•Assist in development of local marketing initiatives and participation in industry events.
•Must be willing to travel nationally.
•Coach members of the team.
Job Requirements:
•Proven track record of sales success with high close ratio.
•Solid understanding of Digital Marketing, advertising, and metrics.
•Possess outstanding communication skills.
•Bachelor's Degree
•5 + years sales experience in advertising technology.
•Software sales experience preferred.
•Able to close sales contracts.
