Base Salary - $140,000 - $160,000

A well-established, national real estate investment and property management company has a newly created opportunity in Orlando Florida for a Vice President to lead our fee management Multi-family operations in the Southeast. This key executive position reports to the CEO and is responsible for managing the client services portfolio of apartment communities with the goal of maximizing operating performance and achieving the company's financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver profitability of operations and ensure client satisfaction.
- Review and analyze financial and operational reports in order to conceive and implement on-going and required action plans.
- Scorecarding key functions and metrics - Management of Regional executives who oversee a portfolio of regional managers and apartment communities - Analyzing market conditions, occupancy trends, competitive pricing and product in order to make necessary adjustments to market rents, renewal rates, and retention programs, and leasing incentives.
- Lead residential operations through staff education, training, policy enforcement and accountability.
- Providing supervision and mentoring to direct reports and portfolio staff.
- Extensive travel is required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressively responsible real estate executive level experience; Master's preferred.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of real estate markets, profitability and turn-around strategies.
. Significant experience with leading fee management assignments for institutional clients is required.
. Proven experience in leading apartment communities to 100% occupancy levels and 99% collection levels.
. Experience with troubled assets and complex turnaround efforts is required.
- Ability to translate operational policies and procedures into daily management practice.
- Experience leading teams to successful goal attainment, proven leadership experience is required.
- An intelligent leader with a great personal sense of urgency, ability to work in a fast paced environment and a proven ability to lead team to great results through feedback and accountability.
