Location: Tampa Bay
Length : 2-3 months
Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, designing, integrating and installing networks for both large enterprise clients as well as small corporate networks.
Essential duties and responsibilities, but not limited to:
Design, develop, and maintain Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications for our clients. In this role the engineer will provide key technical expertise in the implementation and support of state-of-the-art call center technologies.
Required Experience:
Extensive background as a speech enabled Computer Supported
Telecommunications Applications (CSTA), Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) developer or engineer, integrator required.
Demonstrated successful implementations with Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Voice Recognition (VR), and Text to Speech (TTS) technology with the ability to facilitate different Voice User Interfaces (VUI) for CSTA, CTI, and IVR applications
More than ten years experience in coding C/C++ against Dialogic API's
The ability to not only learn any CTI/IVR software incredibly fast but to also to expand on its abilities.
Proven success in expanding and streamlining communications resources and enhancing service offerings to customers and employees.
