Real Estate Tax Manager
Base Salary: Competitive
Location: NY, NY
Job Requirements:
An undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting.
CPA is required.
7+ years experience working in tax for a public accounting firm, or real estate industry experience.
Excellent project management and presentation skills
Working knowledge of GoSystem software a plus.
Must be well versed in 1031 transactions. 704(b) and 704(c) allocations.
Advanced skills in a variety of real estate tax areas, along with supervisory skills are required.
