Business Analyst ( ERP , Manufacturing Systems )

Specific Duties:

• Partner with Manufacturing Business Process Owner(s) to deliver Best Practice Engineering, MFG, MRP, Warehousing and Shop Floor Control Processes for Global ERP implementation and continuous improvements.
• Work with key business owners to assess needs and deliver the right solution to help solve business problems.
• Lead back-office initiatives in identifying, designing and implementing Global ERP solutions that integrate with existing business systems.
• Identify potential problem areas, assess solutions, and recommend innovative measures to address and remediate issues.

• Develop a detailed knowledge of existing systems and technologies within the company to understand how they should be appropriately leveraged to enhance business process and company scalability.

Working Experience:

• 5 to 7 years experience in building, integrating and deploying Business Information Systems with basic experience in working with ERP systems and related technologies globally.
• Experience working with executives and business owners to develop and document business requirements with consideration of company profitability objectives.
• Working Knowledge of Inventory Control, Shop Floor Control / Bar-Coding, Labor Reporting, Work Order Variances, Discrete, Lean & Process MFG, Eng-to-Build. Configure-to-Order, and Build-to-Stock MFG, MRP, Lead-times and Shipping.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and supporting business information systems and processes in a multinational environment.
• Demonstrated experience working and managing a standard project lifecycle.
• Excellent interpersonal skill and ability to collaborate with internal customers and other organizations to build/design systems.

• Comprehensive experience with all facets of the system life cycle (functional requirement definition, system design, development. Testing, deployment support).

Principal Area of Responsibility:

• Strong understanding of how to utilize information systems and technologies to maximize productivity and establish maximum process efficiencies.
• Develop, document and adhere to maintenance and support guidelines and Best Practices for new systems and manage the integration of these guidelines into existing IT Operations/Support procedures.
• Project management of business system/application projects.

• Need to think big and determine how new software applications and corresponding processes can be used to solve business challenges in a creative, scalable, and high impact way.

Education:

• Bachelor*s Degree in Information Systems/MIS, Computer Sciences, Engineering or equivalent experience
