We are searching for a MicroStrategy Developer/Programmer for our client in the St.Petersburg area.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

•Minimum of 8 years of IT experience with 3+ years of hands-on development experience with MicroStrategy products (Version 9.Z is preferred)
•4+ years of Datawarehouse/Business Intelligence experience
•Comprehensive knowledge of the MicroStrategy tool suite (I-Server, Architect, Desktop, Web, Narrowcast, OLAP Services and Report Services)
•Strong design and development skills of MicroStrategy reports. Experience in designing complex reports for Data marts and Ad-hoc reporting
•Must be able to generate Ad-Hoc queries and reports on OLTP and DW systems based on business requirements
•Strong SQL Skills and Query experience is required
•Must be able to troubleshoot and provide support of the Datawarehouse/ODS BI environment on MicroStrategy
•Strong Skills in HTML, CSS, XML
•Experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle, MS Analysis Services (MSAS) are a must
•Experience with SAP BI highly desired
•Certification and/or solid knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Development of MicroStrategy reports and dashboard
•Provide technical advice, code reviews and assistance to other programmers
•Prepare test plans and/or detailed technical specifications for highly complex programs
•Write programs that interface with external systems and equipment
•Write complex, optimized data extracts, updates and screens. Design and code basic screen functionality. Understanding of complex table joins
•Develop/maintain computer programs to store, locate and retrieve specific documents, data and information
