Technical Trainer
at Synergy One in Tampa, Florida
Technical Trainer
• Train users on software applications at all levels of the organization.
• Be responsible for group and individual training sessions to include technical training and delivery, coaching and documentation
• Training delivery to all levels of the organization
• One on one coaching on specific software applications
• Documentation of training procedures/Creation of training manuals
• Administration of training including preparation, set-up and scheduling
• Partner with outside software vendors on a daily, weekly or monthly basis regarding software upgrades, new information, literature, training sessions
• Conduct group or individual training sessions
• Establish a set calendar for training schedule
• Provide feedback to management
• Facilitate workgroups/committees, specific collaborations to ensure training and knowledge of specific software systems
• Understands and ensures compliance with corporate standards
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a technical trainer
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications
• Ability to assess and learn a variety of new software systems and applications
• Outstanding written/verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate in team environment with staff at all levels
• Ability to meet deadlines and multitask
• Ability to prioritize in dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ability to present clear learning objectives and design curricula and courses
